In cases of technical error, network failure, or system malfunction during a live game round, Alibaba66 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's account.

Bonus Funds and wagering-requirement-linked balances are not eligible for withdrawal upon voluntary account closure.
